Send More Moneyexpert series

This classic problem is very easy if we have arithmetic built into our system. On this site, however, we have only small integers with addition and subtraction, but cannot express multiplication. It therefore has to be done the long way (“add the two digits above the line in column x, and if the result is greater than 9, subtract 10 to get the digit below the line and carry 1” etc).

You may well have problems with the solver timing out. Make sure you add conditions forcing the numbers to be small (all column totals are less than 20, all amounts carried forward from the last column are less than 2, for instance).

Each of the letters below stands for a different numerical digit (in the range 0..9). The two 4-digit numbers add up to the 5-digit number:

SEND + MORE –––––– MONEY
